The Fieldhouse Apartments are located at the former site of the Golddigger Football field. The apartments are available in three unit types: 1 bed / 1 bath, 2 bed / 2 bath, and 4 bed / 4 bath. 1000 sqft of retail space and a community park are part of the development.
Outdoor access is abundant with access to world-class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, white water, and fly fishing. Skiing is only 20 minutes away at Loveland and 35 minutes away at Arapahoe Basin. Clear Creek runs right through town. Some of the best biking and climbing in the state are only 10 minutes away at Floyd Hill and Clear Creek Canyon. Mount Blue Sky and the Mount Evans Wilderness are only a 15-minute drive.
Construction Update:
We are beginning the siding installation on the apartments. The siding is installed unpainted. The final color and finishes will be similar to the available renderings.
During the time period between late June and late August, the Fieldhouse development will be performing road construction on Miner St. between 9th and 10th streets that will affect traffic, parking and access. Currently, the construction schedule is as follows:
Late June – Early July: Prepare Miner St. for widening
Early – Mid July: Demolish existing roadway
Mid July – Early August: Road grading, prep work, road base
Early Augst – Late August: Curb & Gutter, concrete and asphalt
The purpose of the construction is to install new utilities under Miner St. and to widen Miner St. and install sidewalks. The Developer is staging the work to minimize disturbances to the greatest extent possible. However, there will be road and access disturbances during this time period, particularly for residents with homes fronting Miner St. between 9th and 10th Ave.
